Peralta Project Management is led by Harvey Peralta, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and operations executive who has spent his career being handed the projects nobody else could land: the stalled $1.5B rail commissioning scope, the market losing money, the closeout backlog sitting at zero.
From construction manager to regional General Manager to Vice President, Harvey has run multi-state operations spanning data center, energy, smart city, and telecom programs for names like Nokia, Hitachi Rail, and national wireless carriers, always with the same approach: get on the ground, fix the system around the work, and leave the team stronger than he found it. That work has crossed borders too, from aligning international vendor teams on the Honolulu rail program to advancing a smart infrastructure partnership in Australia.
